Job summary

ACN International Pte. Ltd. is hiring Warehouse Assistants to support materials flow for an electronics manufacturing operation at Tai Seng.

You will join an on-site ACN team, handling kitting, receiving, dispatch and general warehouse readiness for daily production. The role covers picking, staging, labeling kits, receiving deliveries, stock put-away, packing outbound shipments, and maintaining 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Able to perform physical warehouse work, including standing, lifting and moving materials.
• Basic literacy and numeracy for reading job orders, labels and stock counts.
• Careful, organised and reliable, with attention to accuracy.
• Willing to work as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior warehouse, logistics or store experience is an advantage but not essential — training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Kitting & Materials Preparation: Pick, kit and stage materials against production job orders and prepare labeled kits for handover to production cells.
• Goods Receiving & Inventory: Receive deliveries, check quantities, put away stock and support stock takes; maintain records.
• Shipping & Dispatch: Pack, label and prepare outbound shipments and support dispatch record-keeping.
• General Warehouse Support: Move stock safely, maintain 5S standards, and assist with peak workload as needed.

We arehiring Warehouse Assistants to support materials flow for an electronicsmanufacturing operation at our deployment site in Tai Seng. You will beemployed by ACN International and work as part of an on-site ACN team,supporting kitting, receiving, dispatch and general warehouse readiness fordaily production.

KeyResponsibilities

Kitting & MaterialsPreparation

• Pick, kit and stagematerials and components against production job orders.
• Prepare and label kitsaccurately for handover to production cells.
• Maintain organised stagingareas so materials are ready when production needs them.

Goods Receiving & Inventory

• Receive incomingdeliveries; check quantities and condition against delivery documents.
• Put away stock todesignated locations and keep bin/location records accurate.
• Support cycle counts andperiodic stock takes; flag discrepancies promptly.

Shipping & Dispatch

• Pack, label and prepareoutbound shipments and associated documentation.
• Stage completed goods forcollection and support dispatch record-keeping.

General Warehouse Support

• Move stock and materialssafely within the warehouse and to production areas.
• Maintain warehousehousekeeping and 5S standards; keep walkways and racks clear.
• Support operators as afloater during peak workload and assist with ad-hoc tasks.
