Vous serez responsable de l'assistance aux patients concernant les initiatives HSG, en les aidant par des interactions individuelles et en groupe. Ce poste requiert une forte orientation vers le service clientèle et la capacité de travailler dans un environnement rapide.

Qualifications

• Orienté vers le service clientèle et passionné par l'interaction avec les gens.
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et rapide.
• Capacité à se tenir debout pendant 3-4 heures minimum.

Responsibilities

• Gérer le stand Healthier SG et aider les patients.
• Participer à l'inscription des patients via l'application mobile.
• Répondre aux questions relatives à HSG.

1 Year Temp Healthier SG Promoter (WEST, OFFICE HOURS) #HZT

Work location is in West

Working Hours: up to 5 days a week

Fixed Every Mon-Thurs, 8am -430pm

Sometimes will be activated 1 day on weekends if they have event

$10/hour

Overview

• Manage the one-stop Healthier SG booth and provide assistance to patients for Healthier SG.

Job Responsibilities

•Assist with HSG assisted enrolment through small group sharing and one-to-one engagement with patients/residents in outreach settings such as hospitals, designated booths or community settings, via the mobile app or system application.

•Explain to patients the benefits of HSG initiatives and the importance to enrol, make the first visit to review Health Plan with the Primary Care Provider, fulfil the preventive health recommendations and follow up for review annually.

•Attend to HSG related enquiries from patients and caregivers.

Requirements

•Customer service oriented, passionate about serving & interacting with people and prepared to go the extra mile.

•Able to adapt, multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

•Able to tolerate standing for 3-4 hours minimally throughouttheday.
