A leading company in Singapore is seeking a part-time Research Assistant for data collection. The role involves recruiting participants, administering surveys, and maintaining records. Ideal candidates should have a diploma or degree, preferably in healthcare or social sciences, and possess strong organizational skills. Flexibility in working hours is required as visits may occur after office hours.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Screen, recruit, and follow-up with research participants over study period.
• Administer surveys (both online and in-person) and provide tokens of appreciation to research participants.
• Perform data-entry of participant responses.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on research participants.
• Ensure timely and proper documentation and filing related to fieldwork.
• Assist in supporting research team in necessary administrative project duties.
• Perform other relevant duties as directed by the Principal Investigator or Research Fellow.
Minimum requirements:
• Diploma/degree from any discipline, preferably in healthcare or social sciences.
• Previous experience in data collection or research is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills.
- 4 hours a day - either AM / PM, see project needs
- 4 to 5 days a week, see project needs
- Will go around hospital wards / home visits with research team, sometimes might be after office hours.
