Job summary

A logistics and recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for an Operations Assistant to support freight operations. Duties and Tasks:

• Assist the Manager of Freight Operations SEA in running the day-to-day Operational Process
• Provide administrative support for check in of inwards consignments and entry into SAP ERP
• Assist with binlocation, lot & serial number tracking
• Ad hoc admin duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Relevant experience in freight forwarding industry (3PL etc) or Shipping Assistant or Logistics Coordinator
• Knowledge of Excel / WMS / SAP will be preferred
