1 Year HR Executive - Foreign Bank (up to $4,000) #BLM

Job Responsibilities

• Administer staff on-boarding and off-boarding (exit processes) with local management and HO HR team.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and SOPs.
• Ensure employees’ details are maintained and updated accurately in a timely manner.
• Support the Branch’s training and development initiatives.
• Plan and execute engagement activities for the branch.
• Assist in preparing reports, letters, and documents as required.
• Follow all relevant departmental policies including processes and standard operating procedures to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Proactively seek ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations and procedures.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects and duties assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements

• Prior HR experience in Banks required.
