RecruitFirst is hiring! You will be outsourced to:

Location: Central

Duration: 1 year contract

Working Hours: 6 days work week:

• Morning Shift - 7am to 2.45pm

• Afternoon Shift - 2pm to 9.30pm

• Night Shift - 9pm to 7.15am

Salary: Up to $2800 per month

Job Description:

• Match patients’ requested bed class with the available supply of beds to minimise waiting time and to optimise hospital bed resources.
• Work and communicate with various stakeholders and team members on patients' requests and changes to bed assignment.
• Usage of the Bed Management System to search and assign beds to patients in accordance to set protocol, policy and procedures
• Collated, analysing and submitting of statistical reports on a timely basis

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline
• Customer-oriented and preferably with customer service experience
• Team Player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to perform 3 rotating shift, includes night shift, weekends and public holidays
• Singaporeans only
