A leading medical device MNC seeks a Financial Analyst to provide financial analysis and support for Asia's financial consolidation and local business strategies. The candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure robust financial planning and forecasting, requiring a degree in Finance/Accounting and at least 5 years of experience in the relevant industry.
Asia Region Consolidation (50%) Support financial consolidation for 9 countries
(Taiwan, Hongkong, Korea, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia).
Provide analytical support for Asia AA with direct reporting line to Head of Finance, Asia and to work closely with Head of Finance, Asia AA.
Review, analyze and support LRPs, Plans, Updates and LBEs.
Partner closely with Asia affiliates’ country heads and finance heads to consolidate, review, and analyze schedules for Plans, Updates and LBEs, providing succinct and relevant commentary when required.
Create backup schedules to support/detail designated consolidation schedules/topics for Senior Management Review.
Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly performance of designated affiliates, and interface with designated regions on financial issues.
Provide financial support on the development and execution of strategies including Capital Projects financial analysis, deals and in-licensing opportunities.
Collaborate closely with affiliates’ country heads and finance heads.
Asean (Singapore and Distributor Markets support) (40%) Lead FP&A and supply chain and demand.
Act as a Finance Business Partner to Asean commercial for LBE/Projection/Plan in collaboration with Commercial team & S&OP team to improve forecast accuracy and driving the Asean story
Close monitoring on SG&A spent with coordination with Host-Pharma on SG accounting to support FP&A SG&A commitments
Lead DX affiliates’ operations including Supply Chain and Demand process by closely communicating with 3rd Party Distributors and internal stakeholders: VLOG, Area S&OP, regulatory, COEs, Pharma DX counterpart and business head for DX markets to ensure demand forecast and inventory flow meet business demand.
Manage 3rd Party Distributor KPI via monitoring and tracking, regular meeting, and alignment among commercial & operations
Improved DX supply chain dashboards, continue to streamline commercial/ SC reporting, and meet IMK commitments
Financial Systems and Special Projects 10%
Subject Matter expert for finance system: SAP SAC and will train the finance teams on system-related subjects.
Requirements
Min Degree in Finance / Accounting
Min 5 years of financial analysis experience
Experience in medical device / pharma / FMCG industry will be an advantage
