• Assist in business performance analysis, including monitoring and forecasting of headcount and costs, as well as supporting budgeting exercises and scenario simulations.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Finance teams to enhance transparency in financial performance and proactively address revenue leakage.
• Analyze trends and developments in key business metrics such as revenue, assets, and headcount.
• Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives and other ad-hoc projects as required by the function.
• Support the creation of business review materials and presentations for senior management meetings and townhalls.
• Provide assistance on various Business Management activities, including business continuity planning and staff engagement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI.
