Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a patient service receptionist to greet and register patients, schedule appointments, and coordinate referrals with courtesy and professionalism.

You will handle payments, respond to inquiries, manage patient concerns with timely resolution, and support health monitoring activities such as height, weight, and blood pressure as rostered. No prior healthcare experience is required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' level required.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Healthcare experience is an advantage but not required.
