Job description

Location: Fort Canning
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm (1.5-hour lunch break)
Contract Duration: 1 year
Overtime: Paid OT ~1–2 hours, about 3 times a week
Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities:

• Input and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases
• Verify, check, and correct data for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve workflows and operational efficiency
• Communicate with business units and vendors on systems enhancements and ongoing projects
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for system-related improvements
• Support ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by supervisors
