- Manage new hire onboarding administration process.
- Manage all staff movement activities such as transfer, secondment, conversion of employment types, retirement and cessation of employment.
- Manage activities related to the Representative Notification Framework for financial advisers where required.
- Administer foreign pass-related matters.
- Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR systems.
- Ensure timely storage of employee documents in our electronic personnel file system.
- Provide thoughtful, accurate and timely responses to employees and stakeholders.
- Any other duties or projects assigned.
