Responsibilities

  • Manage new hire onboarding administration process.
  • Manage all staff movement activities such as transfer, secondment, conversion of employment types, retirement and cessation of employment.
  • Manage activities related to the Representative Notification Framework.
  • Administer foreign pass-related matters.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
  • Ensure timely storage of employee documents in the electronic personnel file system.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to employees and stakeholders.
  • Any other duties or projects assigned.
