1 year Contract HR Executive (Healthcare/ Up to $4000)
Job Responsibilities
- Administer and process payroll-related activities in compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
- Manage employee benefits programs including insurance, leave administration, medical benefits, and claims.
- Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market surveys to ensure competitive remuneration packages.
- Support annual performance appraisal and salary review exercises, including bonus and increment computations.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records related to compensation and benefits.
- Provide support during audits and prepare relevant C&B reports/statistics for management and regulatory bodies.
- Handle employee queries related to pay, benefits, and claims in a timely and professional manner.
- Support coordination and logistics for internal training programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Maintain training records and assist in tracking training effectiveness and compliance with mandatory training requirements.
- Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource or related field.
- Prior relevant HR experience would be advantageous.
