Partner with the HODs and Team Leads to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes administering the Talent Acquisition Form for all hires, sourcing and interviewing candidates, preparing salary proposals, and managing the on-boarding and off-boarding process.
Collaborate with various agencies to participate in recruitment drives and outreach programmes to enhance branding, improve recruitment channels, and build a pipeline to support current and future human capital needs.
Handle all employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances, performance improvement plans, and other employee engagement concerns.
Provide timely advice on HR policies and procedures to enhance employee communication, engagement, and performance.
Facilitate and take minutes for staff engagement sessions.
Handle pass applications/renewals for foreign hires and related matters.
Participate and assist with performance management reviews.
Participate in HRIS implementation and testing.
Perform any HR-related projects, surveys, and administrative duties as assigned.
