A leading healthcare firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to manage recruitment and workforce planning strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of HR experience, expertise in data analytics, and strong communication skills. This role offers competitive salary ranging from $6000 to $7500 with allowances and bonuses.
1 YEAR CONTRACT HR BUSINESS PARTNER (Leading Pharma MNC)
Our client is an established MNC in the healthcare/pharma sector
Job Responsibilities:
Manage staff requisition & headcount reporting
End to end recruitment process
Partner with Director to design and implement workforce planning strategies
Partner closely with business leaders to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and inclusivity.
Use Data Analytics to make informed decisions
Interviewing & Selection
Ensure timely completion of documentation and submission before new joiner’s start date
Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
Ensure timely processing, notification and acknowledgement of leavers cessation
Ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements
Degree and above
At least 6 years in Human Resource/ or Business partnering
Experienced in managing or coaching junior employees
Knowledge in Data Analytics
Strong sense of responsibility and maintain a high level of confidentiality
Possesses good communication skills
Salary ranges from $6000 ~ $7500 with allowances and bonuses
