Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily NAV calculations, fund valuations, and review outsourced pricing for unit trusts.

• Oversee transfer agency operations, including subscriptions/redemptions and liaison with fund registrars and distributors.

• Support ETF operations, including dealer coordination, SGX reporting, and swing pricing administration.

• Validate and process fund expenses such as management fees, trailer fees, and GST claims.

• Coordinate regulatory and financial reporting across jurisdictions, including statutory fund reports.

• Provide operational support for new product launches, fund restructuring, and client-specific reporting.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in asset management, audit, or fund operations.

• Strong knowledge of fund accounting, transfer agency processes, and performance fee methodologies (e.g., equalisation, high-water mark).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bloomberg; experience with Excel VBA or Python is a plus.

• Highly detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage deadlines independently.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
