Job summary

A leading recruitment company in Singapore seeks a Temporary Admin Associate to support the Communications & Development department. The role involves handling administrative duties, assisting in creative projects, and managing events. Candidates must have a Diploma and 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and design tools is required. This contract position offers office hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, or Customer Service.
  • Experience in event management or fundraising is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative duties such as generating reports, managing documentation, and scheduling meetings.
  • Assist in design and layout of posters, banners, brochures, and other communication materials.
  • Manage corporate gifts inventory and logistics.
  • Upload content to internal and external digital platforms.
  • Support planning and execution of events.
  • Assist in sponsorship and donor outreach and support fundraising initiatives.

Duration: 1-Year Contract
Location: Outram
Working Hours: Office Hours, Monday to Friday
Qualification: Min Diploma

Job Summary:
Support the Communications & Development department in both administrative and creative tasks to advance outreach, engagement, and philanthropic efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative duties such as generating reports, managing documentation, and scheduling meetings
  • Assist in design and layout of posters, banners, brochures, and other communication materials
  • Manage corporate gifts inventory and logistics
  • Upload content to internal and external digital platforms
  • Support planning and execution of events (e.g. staff engagement, fundraising)
  • Assist in sponsorship and donor outreach and support fundraising initiatives
  • Liaise with vendors and partners as needed

Requirements:

  • Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, or Customer Service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Familiar with social media platforms; basic video editing a plus
  • Experience in event management or fundraising is advantageous
