1 Year Contract Coating Technician (Up to $2.5K)

Duration: 1 year contract

Working hours: 7am - 3.30pm / 3pm - 11.30pm / 11pm - 7.30am (Mon-Fri, rotating shifts)

Job Scope:

1. Understand how to reach Acceptance Test Plan (ATP).
2. Demonstrate understanding of coating material.
3. Demonstrate understanding of machine operation.
4. Operate vacuum chambers to deposit thin film AR coatings as described in run sheet design.
5. Demonstrate ability to properly use metrology equipment (spectrometer) to gather data on witness pieces.
6. Perform maintenance on vacuum system as described in WI.
7. Operate Intec/LP machine and long layer BS coating.
8. Perform preventative maintenance for weekly scheduled jobs.

Requirements:

1. Experience in a factory environment, capable of following instructions and performing production tasks.
2. Ability to lift up to 10kg products.
