• Business Requirements: Work closely to gather, clarify, and document business requirements for system design and set-up. Ensure these requirements are effectively communicated to technical teams or project management teams for development and system design.
• System Implementation: Work closely with project management team for development and implementation that fulfils the BCM business requirements.
• System Testing: Develop detailed test plans and perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) in accordance to the BCM business requirements.
• System Integrity / Data Integrity: Perform system and data integrity check, where required, to ensure that the system workflow is designed correctly and that data is migrated accurately.
• Training / User Guides: Develop training materials / user guide documentations for internal usage.
• Reporting / Escalation: Regular update to GORM Team Lead with timely escalation of issues.
