Job Description:

• Assist in pre/post-trade processing of Structured Notes transactions

• Perform reconciliatory checks against trade blotter and trades executed

• Ensure accuracy of trade blotter and entries in internal system

• Collaborate with Operations to ensure settlement of trades

• Maintain library of trade data and portfolio performance

• Support project execution and IT enhancements

• Coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables

• Assist in creating presentation decks by organizing content, designing visuals and collaborating with stakeholders

• Generate regular/ad-hoc trade data reports for internal stakeholders

• Enhance Excel automation solutions using VBA/Python

• Create clear process documentation and workflow maps

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any relevant discipline

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience

• Advanced user of VBA

• Salary ranges between S$4,000 to S$6,000 per month
