Job summary

A financial institution in Singapore is seeking a 1 Year Contract Analyst for Structured Products. The candidate will assist in pre/post-trade processing, perform reconciliatory checks, and enhance Excel automation using VBA and Python. An ideal fit would have 2-5 years of relevant experience and a degree in a related field. Salary ranges from S$4,000 to S$6,000 monthly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre/post-trade processing of Structured Notes transactions.
• Perform reconciliatory checks against trade blotter and trades executed.
• Ensure accuracy of trade blotter and entries in internal system.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure settlement of trades.
• Maintain library of trade data and portfolio performance.
• Support project execution and IT enhancements.

• Assist in creating presentation decks.
• Generate regular/ad-hoc trade data reports for internal stakeholders.
