Responsibilities

1. Extraction of Information Reports from various systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Data Warehouse etc.
2. Preparation and posting of Standard reports/dashboard by two or more sources of information as per the FP&A Cadence.
3. Preparation of Accounting closing Time Table as per the standard Protocol and Cadence.
4. Liaising with the 3rd Party (Shared Service Center) for getting the Accounting related aspects completed and also coordinating any issues/resolutions.
5. Reconciliation of various reports/information submitted by various countries within the APAC Region.
6. Checking monthly provision status.
7. Preparing first cut Forecast of General Overhead expenses at cost center level.
8. Managing and following up the closing cadence for Management reporting.
9. Providing/consolidation of Adhoc reports as requested by the FP&A Team.
10. Diligently maintaining monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly records of Financial information, such as forecast, cost center reports, Monthly P&L etc.
11. Supporting the APAC FP&A/Controlling team with the Internal Audit Process.
12. Setup Tableau Reports.
13. Participate in FP&A projects e.g. DFL etc.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 to 4 years of finance/business experience.
2. Preferred: Knowledge on Financial systems (SAP, HFM, OneBi Data Warehouse, Tableau).
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products especially on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Strong process mindset and orientation.
5. Strong and effective communicator, team player.
