A leading company is seeking an Accounts Assistant to manage financial records, process invoices, and support monthly closing activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable tasks and ensure timely payments for suppliers and customers.
· Manage Accounts Payable (AP) by processing supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments
· Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) by preparing and sending customer invoices
· Monitor outstanding payments and perform basic follow-up calls to customers for payment collection
· Maintain accurate financial records and assist in reconciling accounts
· Support month-end and year-end closing activities as needed
· Assist the finance team with ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks
