Property Officer (Estate Inspections / Facility Management / Up to $4000)

Location & Schedule
- Singapore Based (Working Location: North / Northeast, Office at Ang Mo Kio)
- 5.25 Days work per week (8.30am to 5.30pm + OT, Sat: 8.30am to 1pm + OT)
- 5 Days work per week (8.30 am -6.00 pm Mon-Fri) Able to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/ public holidays where required; OT claim / time off available
Salary & Benefits
- Junior: $2,800 - $3,000 + HP allowance + VB + AWS
- Senior: $3,500 - $3,800 + HP allowance + VB + AWS
- Other consideration: $2500 to $3 (Singapore Based) (Ang Mo Kio Town Council)
- Diploma in Facilities Management Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance / Engineering or related fields; minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- ITE with relevant township experience can be considered
Job Scope / Responsibilities
- To provide supervision and ensure that all repair and routine maintenance works undertaken by the contractors are carried out properly and completed satisfactorily in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract
- Schedule and ensure breakdown, preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out effectively
- Perform regular inspections and handle enforcement work at the common property areas to ensure they are in satisfactory and serviceable condition and properly maintained; recommend necessary works
- Certify completion of jobs undertaken by contractors and make recommendations for payment
- Coordinate consultancy works on maintenance matters with professional consultants; apply for and obtain necessary licenses and certificates from the relevant authorities where required
- Investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to determine causes and prevent future occurrences
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your Manager
Qualifications
- Min Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Able to work under pressure and beyond normal hours including weekends/public holidays
