Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Management Trainee for the Hot Kitchen located in Dempsey. Working 6 days with a split shift from 3pm to 6pm, the role involves preparing and cooking menu items, while upholding quality and safety standards.

Salary ranges from SGD 2,300 to SGD 3,100, depending on experience. Requirements include the ability to work on weekends/public holidays and at least one year of relevant kitchen experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
• At least 1 year of relevant kitchen experience.
• Willing to work 6 days per week with split shift (3pm–6pm) in a hot kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes.
• Maintain highest quality and consistent product standards.
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation; comply with health/sanitation regulations.
• Handle ad-hoc duties based on operational needs.
