A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to assist in project management and ensure effective delivery. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in the construction industry and a degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP is an advantage. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job description

Role:

M&E Coordinator (A1 Main contractor)

(A1 Main contractor)

• 5.5 days, 8am-5pm/ 8am-12pm
• Salary: $3000 -$4800
• Working location: Site based, location to be confirmed (office at Jurong East)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in the Project Management, Project Planning, coordination and preparation of documents for submission.
• Ensure smooth delivery of projects through effective planning, management and deployment of resources.
• Liaise with various related parties including customer, sub-contractor on site to ensure project requirements are met.
• Identify and record any problems relating to the products and processes.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Able to plan/coordinate site works and resolve drawing details and discrepancies.
• Able to liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Autodesk Revit MEP experience will be an advantage
• Min 4 years relevant experience in Construction Industry, preferably with main contractor experience
