Role:

Construction Site Supervisor (Up to $4000)

• Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday - Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday may need to work half day depending on project (OT claimable)
• Office at City Hall, working at Jurong West site (nearest MRT: Lakeside)
• Salary: $2800 to $4000

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Singapore

Job Scope

• Attend daily subcontractors' meetings to discuss project structure and architectural issues to meet schedule targets.
• Monitor site progress and safety compliance of subcontractors; report findings to immediate superior and safety officer.
• Ensure subcontractors' work complies with approved drawings/details; take remedial actions for non-conformance.
• Conduct daily activity inspections with the project RE or RTO; address comments to ensure work approval.
• Maintain proper records of inspection forms for future reference and legal evidence.
• Communicate confidently with workers, subcontractors, and peers; consult with senior site staff when in doubt; understand contractual obligations and practice mutual respect.
• Strive for prompt approval of tasks; observe and implement BCA good practices on site.
• Participate in Environmental Health Safety programs set by PM and WSHO for a safe, clean site.
• Upgrade skills through construction courses by BCA or equivalent; study cost-saving methods feasible for site use.
• Accept additional work to assist project cost savings.
• Guide new site supervisors for seamless team integration without affecting progress.
