A HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking to hire a Customer Support Specialist to manage inquiries and assist the sales team with quotations and orders. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Business or IT with 1-2 years of relevant experience. The role involves collaborating with various internal teams, maintaining customer records, and ensuring efficient delivery processes.
This role manages customer inquiries, supports sales with quotations and orders, coordinates with internal teams for smooth delivery, assists in sales/marketing activities, maintains records, and follows up on payments.
Location: Bukit Merah
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Compensation: $2400 - $3500 (Depending on experiences)
