Job description

This role manages customer inquiries, supports sales with quotations and orders, coordinates with internal teams for smooth delivery, assists in sales/marketing activities, maintains records, and follows up on payments.

Location: Bukit Merah

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Compensation: $2400 - $3500 (Depending on experiences)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Support the sales team with lead generation, appointment scheduling, pipeline management, and preparation of quotations, proposals, and presentations.
  • Assist with sales and marketing initiatives, including trade shows, promotional events, and product launches.
  • Provide customers and sales staff with timely delivery schedules and consignment updates.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to the relevant departments when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, and system support) to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Technical team to provide accurate product information to customers.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing structures, and promotional offers.
  • Partner with the Finance team to follow up on outstanding payments.
