Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Pioneer, Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to support the QA Manager, drive the QMS, and maintain site certification. You will guide the business on quality system issues and help execute company objectives.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Quality Management or Engineering and at least 1 year of QA experience in manufacturing, with knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, audits, CAPA, MOC, and document control.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quality Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Quality role in manufacturing, preferably ISO 9001:2015.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspection techniques, and RCA tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the QA Manager to execute the QMS and drive key indicators.
• Maintain site certification for the Quality Systems.
• Provide guidance and support to the business on Quality System related issues.
• Execute goals and strategy based on the company’s business objectives.
• Administer the site QMS including document control, audit management, NCR, CAPA facilitation, MOC.
• Collaborate in site processes, procedures and work instructions.
• Supervise all quality assurance activities to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Monitor production processes, investigate and address customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as needed for QMS operation.

Salary: $4000 - $5000
Working Days: Mon – Thurs 7.30am - 5.00pm, Friday 7.30am - 4.00pm
Working Location: Pioneer

Job Scope:

• To support the QA Manager to execute the QMS and drive key indicators


• Maintain site certification for the Quality Systems


• Provide guidance and support to the business on Quality System related issues


• Execute goals and strategy based on the company’s business objectives


• Administer the site QMS including document control, audit management, management of change, training system facilitation, control of records and NCR, CAPA facilitation.


• Collaborate as required in site processes, procedures and work instructions


• Supervision all quality assurance activities to ensure products to meet company and customer quality standards


• Monitoring production processes, investigating and attending to customer complaints.


• Ensuring compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements.


• Performed other duties deemed necessary for the effective operation of the QMS

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering or a related field.


• Minimum at least 1 year of experience in a Quality role in a manufacturing environment, preferably ISO9001:2015


• Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspection techniques, and root cause analysis tools (RCA and Quality Tools (including CAPA, MOC)
