Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee marble, granite, stone and tile laying works, coordinating a team across islandwide projects from the Tuas office base.

You will liaise with contractors, conduct toolbox meetings, monitor schedules, inspect workmanship, and ensure safety compliance for timely handover of quality works.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years above site supervision experience in construction, preferably finishing/stone works.
• Possess Class 3 license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for marble, granite, stone, tiles laying works.
• Manage and direct a team of workers on site to ensure work is carried out safely and to specification.
• Liaise with main contractors and consultants on site progress, quality and defects.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and enforce WSH/safety regulations on site.
• Monitor work schedules and manpower deployment to meet project timelines.
• Inspect completed works for quality compliance before handover.
• Maintain site records, progress reports and material delivery documentation.
• Coordinate material deliveries and logistics between warehouse and project sites.

Salary: $4000 - $5000

Working Days: 5.5 Days

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm), Sat 9am - 1pm

Office Location: Tuas (Travel to project side islandwide)
