Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a construction project coordinator in Singapore to oversee assigned projects from planning to handover. You will oversee schedule, liaison with clients and authorities, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Responsibilities include resource planning, subcontractor supervision, and timely delivery of materials, while maintaining compliance with drawings and specifications. A degree in engineering or related experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned projects, ensuring progress meets requirements and schedule.
• Plan resources including labour, materials, equipment and other resources.
• Coordinate timely delivery of materials and resources while minimising wastage.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and supervise their work to ensure progress meets schedule.
• Liaise with customers, consultants, clerks-of-work and authorities on progress, plan approvals and site matters.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on the delivery of items for the project.
• Handle contract administration, including claims, disputes, variations and final accounts, and handover to customers.
• Ensure site execution follows approved drawings and instructions from Architect/Engineer/ client/main contractor.
• Raise non-conformance reports and implement corrective methods.
• Ensure safety practices are followed, arrange overtime, and resolve site issues.
• Provide on-the-job training to new project staff.

• Salary: $3,800 - $5,200
• Working Days: 5.5 Days
• Working Time: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mon to Fri) | 8.30am – 12.30pm (Sat)
• Location: Toa Payoh (Office) / Site

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee assigned projects, ensuring work progresses according to project requirements and schedule.
• Requisition resources required for projects, including labour, materials, equipment and other resources.
• Plan and coordinate timely delivery of materials and resources while minimising wastage.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and supervise their work to ensure project progress meets schedule.
• Liaise with customers, consultants, clerks-of-work and statutory authorities on project progress, work acceptance, plan approvals and site matters.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department on the delivery of items purchased for the project.
• Handle contract administration, including claims, disputes, variations and final accounts, and ensure proper project handover to customers upon completion.
• Conduct project planning, prepare and manage shop drawings, Material Requisitions and Quality Plans.
• Monitor and control material stock at site, conduct incoming material and equipment inspections, and perform quality checks on work done.
• Ensure site execution follows valid approved drawings and relevant Architect, Engineer, client or main contractor instructions.
• Raise non-conformance reports and execute corrective methods where required.
• Ensure safety practices are followed, arrange overtime work when necessary, and resolve work coordination or technical issues at site.
• Provide on-the-job training to new project staff and perform other duties as assigned Superior

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Able to read, interpret and apply technical information and drawings.
• Experience in project planning, site coordination and subcontractor supervision.
