Role:

Retail Sales Assistant (Chocolate / 5 days)

• Working days: 5 days
• Working hours: 44hours/week (4 days 9 hours; 1 day 8 hours)
• Location: West Gate
• Full Time Salary: Basic $1900 - $2300 + Commission (Average $400 to $500)
• *commission will be higher on peak season (nov - feb)

Job Description

• Interact with customers to sell products and provide customer service
• Generate new businesses (Walk Ins or / and Phone enquiries)
• To contact customers and perform after sales services
• Attain and maintain required service standards
• Respond to service challenges, e.g. handling customer queries and / or complaints
• Provide supporting activities; i.e. invoicing, packing
• Maintain housekeeeping standards at the Boutique
