  • Coordinate consultancy works on maintenance issues.
  • Investigate reported faults to prevent future occurrences.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

Role:

Property Management Officer (Town Council)

  • Singapore Based (Ang Mo Kio Town Council)
  • 5 Days work per week (8.30 am -6.00 pm (Mon-Fri) Able to work beyond normal working hours (5-day work week) and on weekends/ PHs where required, have OT claim / time off)
  • Junior: $2,800- $3,000 + HP allowance + VB + AWS ; Senior: $3500 to $3800 + HP allowance + VB + AWS
  • Diploma in Facilities Management Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance / Engineering or related fields. + Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • ITE with relevant township experience can be considered.

Job scope:
  • To provide supervision and ensure that all repair and routine maintenance works undertaken by the contractors are carried out properly and completed satisfactorily in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract.
  • Schedule and ensure breakdown, preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out effectively.
  • Perform regular inspections and handle enforcement work at the common property areas and to ensure that such common property is in satisfactory and serviceable condition and properly maintained according to the standards required by the relevant authorities and to recommend any works which are necessary.
  • Certify completion of jobs undertaken by contractors and to make recommendation for payment thereof.
  • To co-ordinate all consultancy works on maintenance matters performed by professional consultants and apply and obtain all necessary licenses and certificates from the relevant authorities where necessary.
  • Responsible of investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your Manager.
