• Vacuum, sweep, and mop kitchen floors.

• Clear rubbish bins and dispose of waste.
• Assist with overall cleanliness of the kitchen.

Job description

Kitchen Assistant

(Central Kitchen/ Nursing Home)

Working days & hours: 6 days, 8 hours/day

Operation hours: 5am - 6pm (rotate shift)

Working Location: Islandwide

Salary: Basic $2180 - $2300 +OT

Key Responsibilities:

- Wash and sanitize cutlery, crockery, trays, and cups to maintain hygiene standards.

- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including pots, pans, and utensils.

- Vacuum, sweep, and mop kitchen floors to ensure they are clean and free of debris.

- Dust and wipe kitchen tables and surfaces to maintain a tidy workspace.

- Clear rubbish bins and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner.

- Perform housekeeping duties in the kitchen and dining areas as needed.

- Wash toilets (if required) to maintain hygiene standards in all areas.

- Assist with the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen.

- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

- Perform any additional tasks as requested by clients or kitchen management.
