HR & Admin Assistant
  • Working Location: Ang Mo Kio area (3 bus stops from Yio Chu Kang Interchange)
  • Working Days: 5 Days Work, Monday - Friday
  • Working Hours: 8am to 5pm
  • Salary Range: $2200 to $2600
Job Description:
  1. Handle all incoming calls, transfer, take down and pass messages to relevant departments.
  2. Assist in general administrative/clerical support (typing, printing, filing, mailing, courier, etc.).
  3. Renew and follow up on insurance policies, infrastructure permits, and certifications.
  4. Liaise with vendors on renewal, purchase, maintenance, and other inquiries regarding equipment, machinery, devices, and assets.
  5. Raise Purchase Orders in SAP system.
  6. Assist in staff attendance tracking and HR-related purchases.
  7. Record and maintain staff leave records and staff particulars.
  8. Assist in recruitment processes, including application form preparation and related tasks.
  9. Support company functions, employee welfare, events, and ISO & GMP compliance.
  10. Assist in HR and ISO policy documentation and guidelines.
  11. Prepare and coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including orientation and PC access.
  12. Arrange courier services and packing for courier items.
  13. Prepare and record minutes for monthly departmental and ISO meetings.
  14. Arrange and follow up on employee training and courses.
  15. Schedule and coordinate annual health check-ups for employees.
  16. Perform other tasks as assigned by management and the HR department.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or Business Management.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Infotech systems is an advantage.
