Job description

CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Working days: Mon-Fri 08.30am - 5.30pm

Location: Tuas (Company transport provided at Jurong east / Jurong Point / Tuas MRT)

Salary: SGD 1,800 - SGD 2,500


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate with customers and vendors
  2. Scheduling of cross border trucking
  3. Submission of permits to 3rd party declarant
  4. Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  5. Order office supplies
  6. Act as the point of contact for internal and external customers
  7. Liaise with other officers to handle requests and queries from senior managers
  8. Shipment arrangement Import/Export handling

Job Requirements:

  1. Training Provided. With 1 year relevant experience is an advantage
  2. Able to use Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook
  3. Need to liaise with Malaysia counterparty trucker
  4. Fine with warehouse office environment
