Job description
CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Working days: Mon-Fri 08.30am - 5.30pm
Location: Tuas (Company transport provided at Jurong east / Jurong Point / Tuas MRT)
Salary: SGD 1,800 - SGD 2,500
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and vendors
- Scheduling of cross border trucking
- Submission of permits to 3rd party declarant
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external customers
- Liaise with other officers to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Shipment arrangement Import/Export handling
Job Requirements:
- Training Provided. With 1 year relevant experience is an advantage
- Able to use Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook
- Need to liaise with Malaysia counterparty trucker
- Fine with warehouse office environment
