Job summary

Natural Cycles is seeking a Security-focused Workplace IT specialist based in Stockholm. You will own identity and access governance across SaaS and collaboration platforms, and oversee tools like Jamf, 1Password & Google Workspace security.

You will evaluate interconnections, balance security with usability, and support audits. The role emphasizes hands-on governance, risk reduction, and coordinating with the Security team to keep tech secure without hampering productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in workplace security, SaaS governance, or IT governance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of identity and access management.
• Ability to balance security with operational usability.

Responsibilities

• Own workplace security controls, identity, and access governance across SaaS and collaboration platforms.
• Maintain controls across tools like Google Workspace, JAMF, Slack, 1Password and Trelica.
• Evaluate employee requests to interconnect systems and AI tools according to security guidelines.
• Balance productivity with security to protect the organization.
• Support workplace-related audit activities, maintain policies and reporting.
• Oversee security tooling and monitor compliance, drive phishing investigations.
• Respond to and automate employee requests (access, software issues, SaaS tool issues).
• Install and maintain hardware/software to monitor network activity (e.g., network scanning).
