Job summary

Swedish Match is seeking a Workplace Experience Specialist to enhance employee services and optimize office operations across our Nordic region. You will coordinate services, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver a better workplace for 1,800+ colleagues in the Nordics.

Fluency in Swedish and English is required, along with 4–5 years in relevant fields and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in Workplace Experience, Facility Management, Project Management, or related fields.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Planning, coordination, and organizational capabilities.
• Experience working with vendors, contracts, or service providers.
• Analytical and problem-solution mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong digital skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience supporting budgets, operational reporting, or administrative processes.
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for creating positive employee experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workplace services and office operations.
• Support vendor management, contract renewals, and service performance reviews.
• Analyze employee feedback and implement improvement actions.
• Manage workplace systems, occupancy tracking, and space utilization updates.
• Support wellbeing, sustainability, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Manage budgets, purchase orders, invoices, assets, and compliance processes.
