H & M Hennes & Mauritz Sverige AB is seeking a Fitting Model in Stockholm to assist in the creation of women's apparel. You will play a critical role in ensuring the perfect fit and comfort by participating in fitting sessions and providing constructive feedback.

Ideal candidates will possess specific body measurements and be comfortable working in a collaborative environment at the Head Office during specified hours. This role offers unique insights into the product development process without featuring in product pictures.

Qualifications

• Body measurements: 167-172 cm, bust 88-92 cm, waist 70-74 cm, seat 94-98 cm.
• Must be comfortable working in underwear in front of a team.
• Cannot have implants due to technical fitting reasons.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

As a Fitting Model, you will play a key role in the creation of our women's assortment, helping to create the perfect fit, comfort, and movement. Working closely with Designers, Planners, and Patternmakers, you will contribute to shaping garments before they reach our customers.

• Participate in fitting sessions, providing feedback on fit, movement, and garment feel.
• Support product development by helping teams refine and elevate fit standards.

Who you'll work with

You will collaborate daily with cross-functional teams including Designers, Planners, and Patternmakers, in a creative and fast-paced environment in Head Office Stockholm.

Who you are

We are looking for people with these attributes and measurements:

• Size S‑M, 38 and bra size 75B
• Body measurements within the following ranges:
  • Body length: 167-172 cm
  • Bust: 88-92 cm
  • Waist: 70-74 cm
  • Seat: 94-98 cm
• How to measure to determine if you have size S‑M, 38/75B:
  • Measure your chest circumference around the body, over the fullest part.
  • Measure your waist circumference at the narrowest point of the body.
  • Measure your seat circumference around the body at the fullest part of your bottom.
• Comfortable working in underwear in front of a team and being photographed for internal use.
• Communicative in English, well-organised, flexible and a strong team player.
• We cannot do fittings on models with implants due to technical fitting reasons.
