Job description

Step into the world of women's fashion as a Patternmaker within our Womenswear underwear department at H&M. You will support the product team with technical components, creating patterns and amendments for women's underwear across multiple product categories and drive fittings and fit management.

Main Responsibilities

• Pre‑develop fit components and support product development with patterns, measurement charts, fittings and technical solutions.
• Drive, handle and communicate fit & size related topics in sample handling to all relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain customer focus to ensure fit and size consistency and quality standards.
• Follow up product fit and size tracking.

Qualifications

• Patternmaking background, ideally in underwear/swimwear, 1–2 years experience as a patternmaker.
• Proficient in CAD for patternmaking (Lectra Modaris preferred); 3D CLO experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, knowledge of technical solutions, fit and grading.
• Genuine passion for women's fashion and trends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; highly organized, adaptable and quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Fluent in English; Swedish not required.

Location

Permanent position in Stockholm, Sweden. Report to the Fit & Size Manager.
