Job summary

Koenigsegg in Sweden seeks Wiring Harness Assembly Technicians of varying experience levels to help manufacture high-performance electrical systems for our vehicles. You will work in the Wiring Harness department, joining skilled technicians and engineers to deliver precision harnesses.

You will assemble LV and HV harnesses per drawings, perform cutting, crimping, routing and final assembly, build prototypes and support testing, on-board installation, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Assemble LV and HV wiring harnesses and cables per drawings and schematics.
• Perform cable cutting, preparation, crimping, routing and assembly.
• Build and modify prototypes and support rework and troubleshooting.
• Perform testing and quality control to meet standards.
• Support on-board assembly and installation of wiring harnesses in vehicles.
• Identify and resolve issues related to wiring, components and assembly.
• Collaborate with Electrical Engineering, Vehicle Integration, Production and Quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in assembly methods and processes.
