Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Windchill SIM Developer or Solution Architect to join our PLM team in Sweden. You will lead technical design, configuration, and delivery across Windchill-based projects while engaging with customers during pre-sales and delivery phases.

The role requires 4+ years in IT development, Windchill expertise, strong English communication, and Swedish skills advantageous. Remote work within Sweden is supported.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience developing and deploying Windchill-based solutions.
• Strong English communication; Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering development, configuration, customization, design, code review, and release validation on production environment.
• Produce specifications and contribute to PLM system configuration.
• Support pre-sales efforts with solution presentations and budget proposals.
