Job summary
Vattenfall is seeking an experienced Resilience Area Lead for BA Wind to drive the resilience strategy, governance, and continuity capabilities across the wind, solar and battery operations in Europe. You will act as the focal point for resilience and lead cross-country initiatives, engaging senior leaders and stakeholders to strengthen preparedness and response capabilities.
You will join the Security & Resilience function within BA Wind, working with Information & Cyber Security,
Qualifications
- Experience in resilience, business continuity, or crisis management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of resilience frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301).
- Experience influencing stakeholders in complex organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Resilience Area within BA Wind.
- Define and drive resilience strategy, roadmap and priorities.
- Own BA Wind's business continuity and resilience framework.
- Drive incident and crisis management capabilities and exercises.
- Monitor resilience risks, governance, and assurance activities.
- Engage stakeholders across functions and countries to strengthen resilience.
