Vattenfall is seeking an experienced Resilience Area Lead for BA Wind to drive the resilience strategy, governance, and continuity capabilities across the wind, solar and battery operations in Europe. Business Area (BA) Wind is responsible for Vattenfall’s Onshore and Offshore Wind as well as other non-hydro renewable activities. Today we develop, construct and operate wind generation in UK, Sweden, Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands.
As part of BA Wind, you will play a key role in one of the most exciting renewable pipelines in Europe, with 24GW of capacity stretching more than a decade ahead across our key markets.
In this role, you will lead the continued development of resilience capabilities across Business Area Wind, helping ensure that our wind, solar and battery operations remain resilient and capable of delivering critical business outcomes during disruption.
You will serve as BA Wind's designated Business Continuity Officer (BCO) in relevant Vattenfall Group forums and act as the functional lead for resilience across the business.
Working across countries, functions and organizational levels, you will provide governance, oversight, challenge and expert guidance that enables the business to strengthen operational resilience, improve preparedness, recovery capability and organizational learning.
