Greenco Tech AB, a Swedish deep-tech energy startup, invites a Part-time Venture Development Associate to work closely with the founders in Gothenburg. You will help shape market insights, outreach, and strategic documents while engaging with industry partners and innovation programs.

The role offers hands-on venture-building exposure, flexibility, and meaningful responsibility in an early-stage company focused on decarbonizing energy systems.

• Assist in preparing presentations, funding applications, and strategic documents.
• Contribute to communication activities such as LinkedIn posts and website content.
• Support coordination of collaborations with research institutes, innovation programs, and industrial partners.

Greenco Tech AB is a Swedish deep-tech startup developing advanced energy technologies focused on industrial waste heat recovery, high-temperature thermal energy storage, and next-generation thermally driven energy systems.

Our goal is to help industry and energy systems decarbonize by turning unused thermal resources into valuable energy services.

We collaborate with research institutions, industrial partners, and innovation programs across Sweden and Europe.

We are looking for a highly motivated, structured, and proactive Part-time Venture Development Associate to work closely with the founders.

This role is ideal for someone interested in entrepreneurship, innovation, and deep-tech commercialization, and who enjoys contributing in an entrepreneurial, hands-on, early-stage environment.

You will support strategic business development activities, stakeholder engagement, market research, and communication.

The role provides a unique opportunity to gain first‑hand experience in building a technology startup and interacting with industry leaders, investors, and innovation ecosystems.
