Svenska Postkodlotteriet is seeking a UX Researcher to join the Swedish Product organization and the Group Product function. You will work with Product Owners of digital lottery products and collaborate with researchers, product teams and stakeholders across the Postcode Lottery Group.
Based in Stockholm, you will support local and international initiatives, shaping how research is practiced and applied across multiple markets.
Help shape how product teams learn from users and turn insights into better decisions across the Postcode Lottery Group.
How do you build an organisation that doesn´t just conduct research, but continuously learns from its users? The Swedish Postcode Lottery, Postkodlotteriet, is part of Postcode Lottery Group. The Postcode Lottery Group is a marketing-driven international non-profit organization. We operate lotteries in Great Britain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, and Norway, to raise funds for a fairer, greener, and healthier world. Our players win with their neighbors and generate money for charities together – it’s a win‑win. We are now looking for a UX Researcher who wants to combine hands‑on research with the opportunity to influence how research is embedded into product development across both local and international teams.
As UX Researcher, you will be part of both the Swedish Product organisation and the wider Group Product function. You will work closely with Product Owners responsible for our digital lottery products while collaborating with researchers, product teams and stakeholders across the Postcode Lottery Group.
While based in Stockholm, your work will support both local and international initiatives, giving you the opportunity to influence how research is practised and applied across multiple lotteries and markets. You will join at a time when teams are actively asking for more research, more user understanding and stronger discovery practices.

You will report to the Nordic Head of Product and work closely with Product Owners, designers and stakeholders across multiple markets. There is strong support for the role and a shared ambition to become more proactive, insight‑driven and user‑centred in how we build products.
This role is based in our Stockholm office, located at Klarabergsviadukten 63. We work in a hybrid setup, spending 3–4 days a week in the office to encourage collaboration and build strong relationships, while still offering flexibility to support work‑life balance. Travel is a natural part of the role, with occasional visits to other markets across the Group.
Our culture is value‑driven – courage, sustainability, sharing and fun – and we believe in a generous, collaborative way of working.
We believe you have several years of experience working with UX Research, Product Research or a similar discipline within digital product development. You are confident in planning and conducting research independently and know how to turn findings into insights that influence decisions, priorities and product direction.
As a person, you combine strong research skills with a genuine interest in people. You are curious, collaborative and proactive, and enjoy helping teams understand users, challenge assumptions and make better decisions.
Parts of this recruitment process will be held in English, which means that your application as a whole needs to be written in English. We will advert during July and you´re very welcome to apply, but the interview process with Svenska Postkodlotteriet will start in August.
