Job summary

Securitas Technology Europe is seeking a Director of IT Transformation to spearhead a multi-year programme modernising ERP, CRM and enterprise applications across Europe. You will shape the IT Transformation Roadmap, lead large-scale, multi-country delivery, and partner with senior leaders to drive business impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale IT, digital or business transformation programmes within complex organisations.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-wide ERP, CRM and business systems implementations or modernisation programmes.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion and Microsoft Dynamics 365 across ERP, Operations, CRM and HR modules.
• Experience operating at Director level or within a comparable senior technology leadership role.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-country or multinational transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, cloud technologies, IT infrastructure and transformation methodologies.
• Experience managing significant programme budgets, resources and transformation investments.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving skills.

Securitas Technology Europe is embarking on a significant multi-year transformation programme to modernise enterprise technology, standardise business processes, and create a more unified operating model across the region.

As Director of IT Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering this roadmap, leading large-scale change across multiple countries while partnering with senior business and technology leaders to drive lasting business impact.

The Role

Reporting to the European CIO, you will lead the development and execution of Securitas Technology Europe's IT Transformation Roadmap.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on programme delivery, with responsibility for driving complex transformation initiatives spanning ERP, CRM, enterprise applications, data platforms, and technology modernisation across Europe.

Working closely with Business Transformation leadership, regional IT teams, business stakeholders, technology partners and consultants, you will help shape the future technology landscape of the organisation.
