We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Test Engineer to join an automotive engine testing and development team in Gothenburg.

In this role, you will work in a modern engine testing facility, supporting the installation, preparation, maintenance, and testing of combustion engines and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance of engine test cells, engines, and testing equipment.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, automotive testing, engine maintenance, laboratory testing, or similar technical work.
• Hands-on experience with combustion engines, mechanical equipment, test rigs, or laboratory equipment.
• Good mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to perform practical technical tasks independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in engine technology, testing, and product development.

Meritorious Qualifications

• Educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

• Background as a mechanic, machine operator, test technician, or laboratory technician.
