Job summary

TitanX Engine Cooling AB in Sweden is seeking a Test Center Manager to lead our testing laboratory, develop capabilities, and drive performance across automotive projects. You will manage a team of Test Engineers and Technicians, plan testing, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with R&D, Project Management, and Manufacturing to deliver reliable results.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
10+ years of experience testing automotive cooling components or related systems.
At least 5 years of experience leading teams and managing budgets.
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 / ISO 45001.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the daily operations of the Test Center.
Plan and prioritize testing activities to meet project requirements and business objectives.
Ensure testing is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and internal procedures.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Test Engineers and Technicians.
Ensure accurate reporting and high quality of all laboratory results.
Drive the development, commissioning, maintenance, and continuous improvement of test benches and laboratory equipment.
Oversee the Test Center budget and ensure cost‑effective operations.
Manage external laboratories and ensure quality, certification, and technical alignment when testing is outsourced.
