Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Sweden seeks a Tender Project Controller to join our Grid Integration Power Quality Global Center of Competence. You will act as a strategic business partner, supporting project and tender teams with financial insight throughout the contract lifecycle.

You will prepare financial analyses, enforce cost controls, advise on financial decisions, and represent finance for assigned tenders. The role is based in Västerås or Solna, offering an international, dynamic environment.

In this position, you work as both a Project Controller and Tender Controller, acting as a strategic business partner who supports and advises the organization on future state financial. You will ensure financial performance for multiple projects and tenders by preparing financial analyses, ensuring cost controls, providing recommendations for financial decisions, and serving as the main finance representative for assigned tenders. To succeed in this role, you need solid experience working with finance steering in projects, which is essential as the position involves partnership with project and tender teams, commercial decision-making and responsibility for financial performance throughout the contract lifecycle.
