Telecom / Network Simulator Specialist IRC297421

Technical Skills: Configuration Management, Network, Quality Assurance, Simulation Environments

The Specialist ensures that the high‑end lab environment is maintained and optimized for reproducing real‑world mobile network conditions. This role is critical for supporting the verification team with complex hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HiL) setups.

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience with telecom lab equipment (Keysight / Rohde & Schwarz)
• Strong understanding of mobile network simulators and RF testing principles
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot complex test environments

Job responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and calibrate Mobile Network Simulators (Keysight UXM, R&S CMW/CMX500)
• Create complex, real‑world network simulation scenarios to support the testing team
• Support complex test setups and ensure lab equipment readiness
• Collaborate with the team to reproduce network‑specific issues in a controlled lab environment
